The Minimalist Panel 0.1Alpha

My first Rainmeter skin - basically the coding stinks but it gets the job done that I need it to do.
I might update it so the skin will align it to the screen resolution rather than being specific to only 21:9 screens. Currently I'm building another skin which almost does the same and looks the same, but the folders have been taken out.
